Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. In addition to being a part of his Road Trip role, he was also a part of The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. Alongside appearing on Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs, Lost Law & Order, and several others. The Hodgkin's lymphoma patient who survived and diagnosed at the age of 14 Qualls is a fighter. It was remissioned 2 years after the diagnosis. But, earlier treatment had a severe impact on his health and stunted growth. Once he was acting, financial security was his aim. He had experienced the poverty of his youth. In the wake of living in poverty for a long time I have to be able to enjoy this level of financial assurance. Otherwise the world seems beyond my reach. He reflects on his youth and feels the desire to act against the bullying. "Cruelty is a pain to me," he said. The man says his ideal character would be dads in reality and in film. But, he admits that the directors rarely cast him for those types of characters. One day he'd love to have a baby so that he could devote less time on his career in order to spend more time with the newborn.
