Angelica Panganiban is a Filipino-American actress model TV host and comedian. Her condition became severe and she experienced multiple organ failure, including her kidneys, which failed to recover. Her new norm was hemodialyses and peritoneal-dialysis. Her return home was finally made after 80 days of hospitalization, at a point when she was close to death, and began her long journey back to healthy. Life was forever altered. Angelica endured dialysis treatments for more than a decade and half years before receiving an organ transplant. The kidney that would be donated to her came from her mom. Angelica, along with her mom underwent an organ transplant successfully on September 13th 2013 in two fantastic hospitals located right next to each other - Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young girl from Atlanta who has always thought of becoming an actor as well as a performer and is currently working towards the dream.
