Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of taking part in elite contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, setting bigger targets each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her degree from college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held in the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Ariel was competing against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel likes working out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
